Our team is dedicated in sourcing the freshest and finest ingredients that are seasonally available, whether they are unique and premium ingredients specially flown in from Thailand or working directly with local farmers to showcase the best of what Canada has to offer.

At Kiin, we offer a blind, multi-course Chef's Tasting Menu meticulously curated by Executive Chef Nuit Regular to showcase her ingenuity and creativity as she reinterprets classic and less-than-familiar Thai dishes to be fit for a royal table. She and her team invite you to put your faith in them as they take you on a gastronomic adventure, immersing you in their unique culinary vision to bring the Thai culture Chef's personal experiences to life on the plate. From the first bite to the last, expect a delightful exploration of taste that will transport you to the heart of Thailand.

Our current Spring menu features (but is not limited to) the following ingredients: pork, beef, poultry, shellfish, fish, peanuts, mushrooms, coconut, alliums, gluten, and dairy.


Our team will always strive to accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions to the best of our abilities. We request that you notify our team of any allergies or dietary restrictions with a minimum of 48 hours before your reservation so we have as much notice as possible to make any necessary arrangements; otherwise, we cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate. While we make every effort to meet our guests' needs, please understand that our small kitchen size may limit our ability to guarantee zero cross contamination for severe allergies. Please note that unfortunately we are unable to accommodate for allium allergies. 

In order to provide our guests with a curated experience from beginning to end, we do not offer à la carte options for dinner. We do offer a small snack menu at our bar, available for walk-in guests only.

On the weekends, we offer an à la carte Thai brunch menu featuring traditional Thai breakfast and lunch dishes that Executive Chef Nuit grew up eating. You can view our brunch menu here.
